Year End Wrap Up

Bruce here. Been busy as of late. I already love my job of drawing caricatures, but last week I worked an event with a bacon bar, seven kinds of bacon!

Earier in the week I did caricatures at Wake Forest University’s Homecoming. Also, recently I did color caricatures for Cary Pediatric dentistry, drawing all 14 employees to be arranged as a Christmas Card.

Last weekend I went to church and French Canadians were having a party where I was the entertainment as the caricaturist. They threw pies in each other’s faces, a religious ritual maybe?

I also finished a color print in my Alternate Reality Series, they are surreal, done in ink and then Inktense color pencils. As a singer/guitarist I sat in with Java Jivess at The Berkley Cafe recently, playing guitar, harmonica, and slide guitar on my dobro, a specialty of mine.

I’m waiting for a bar mitzvah to start drawing more caricatures after drawing more caricatures after drawing at a public grand opening earlier.

Gearing up for an exciting Christmas season and looking forward to working with my wonderful clients, old and new!
